The new test bench has arrived
To make our production process even more efficient and to further reduce the already fast delivery times, we have purchased a new three-head multiple test bench at Magival Valves.
The new test bench for hydro-pneumatic tests will allow testing according to international standards simultaneously on 3 valves and it is equipped with an automatic control and pressurization console controlled by PLC and PC for the configuration of the various types of testing.
Thanks to this new testing machine that interfaces with our management systems, we can automatically store test reports and access them remotely via web connection.
The test bench has been installed in our testing area in Casorate Sempione, where there are now a total of four machines for testing.
