With the opening of its new production facility in Cavaria con Premezzo, Zellinger has strengthened its machining department through significant investments in new high-tech machinery.

In addition to the equipment already in place at the previous location, the company has introduced new production solutions to increase the capacity, precision, and efficiency of its CNC machining operations. Among the new investments are:

• the MAZAK VTC-800/30HD machining center;
• the Doosan PUMA 700-II 2-axis CNC lathe;
• the ISTech Power 530 NC automatic cycle column-guided cutting center.

The addition of this machinery allows Zellinger to optimize production processes, increase machining speed, and ensure consistently high quality standards.

All equipment in the new facility is also interconnected according to Industry 4.0 and 5.0 principles. This enables constant production monitoring, smarter process management, and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
