Needle Valves are single body or flanged valves. The one-piece version can be supplied with drain or control flange. Their nominal diameter ranges from 1/4″ to 2″. This type of valve has a metal seat and, for this reason, they are often used in systems where the temperature reaches very high levels.
The pressure class supported by the needle valves can be 3000 or 6000 PSI. For flanged needle valves Zellinger produces the connections in accordance with ASME class 150 to class 600 and in accordance with EN from PN6 to PN40.
We ensure the quality and durability of the valves, a factor that we guarantee through the assembly of PTFE – GRAPHOIL seals on our products.
Carbon steel and stainless steel are the main materials used for the production of ball valves, to which are added duplex, super duplex and inconel. Whatever the type of material used, this type of valve is made with metals deriving from square bars.
Zellinger is a valve production Italy company, with two distinct but fully integrated plants. For over thirty years Zellinger has been manufacturing a wide range of ball valves, check valves and needle valves.
PED, ATEX and API certified valves have great availability in stock; this guarantees short delivery times.
Each production phase is internal and completely controlled: mechanical processing starting from barstock or forgings, testing to guarantee a high quality standard, painting and marking according to standards or according to customer specifications.
